I will always remember your extraordinary efforts to assist our American Partners and Firm Staff who found themselves, literally stranded and terrified, hundreds of miles from their families on 9/11, twenty years ago. Clements Limousines which organized numerous trips back across a closing border. Damon Alyea and Florinda Barbieri who coordinated and organized everything by way of response, hotels, food, transportation and communications. You did the Toronto Office, our Firm, and Canada proud that terrible day and you will always have my deep and sincere appreciation. May God grant peace to the souls of those who died on 9/11 and to all who mourn them. The flag of the United States flies at half mast at the Elgie-Watson home today in memory of over 2900 persons who died in NYC, Washington and in the countryside of Pennsylvania that day and we also remember that 24 Canadians died in the collapse of the twin towers.
